Is it worth the time and money to go through the Per Se hearing?

We think so. You never know what will happen at a hearing. We have had cases that looked very bad on paper that turned out successful for our clients because we learned something from questioning the officer that proved to be helpful. Moreover, if you are not eligible for the AEP, it is absolutely essential to have a Per Se hearing because it gives you a chance to question the police officer in anticipation of a criminal trial.
