Our minimum fee to complete this matter would be $2,500.00 and it has to be paid in full before we would appear in court or at the DMV on your behalf. We would both sign a written retainer agreement that spells out the details of our attorney-client relationship. If we spend more time on your case than the amount covered by the minimum fee, we would bill you at our normal hourly rates. In our experience, unless there is a trial or something unusual about your case, the attorneysi fees should not exceed the $2,500.00. We will also require you to deposit funds into our trust account to pay for expenses and any fees not covered by the minimum fee.
